Senior LevelAgility Partners is seeking a skilled Release & QA Lead Engineer responsible for managing complex, multi-system environment strategies and ensuring quality across integrated platforms. The role involves overseeing environment planning, refresh cycles, configuration management, and leading robust QA processes to ensure software reliability and successful delivery.

Responsibilities
Develop, document, and implement QA processes and procedures to improve quality outcomes across the organization
Create, maintain, and execute test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies ensuring full coverage of system requirements
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans to validate end‑to‑end functionality across integrated systems
Ensure a high degree of defect‑free releases, maintaining robust documentation, test artifacts, and release validation evidence
Anticipate potential software issues by creating exhaustive test scenarios for complex environments and integrations
Perform and support ETL testing, validating data quality, transformations, and end‑to‑end workflows
Document all testing results in alignment with approved test plans and organizational QA standards
Analyze defects and test results to identify root causes and trace the chain of events leading to failures
Identify areas for continuous test improvement using metrics, retrospectives, and domain experience
Communicate critical issues, risk areas, and status updates clearly and in a timely manner
Train and mentor peers and junior team members on QA methodologies, processes, and tooling
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the QA team to elevate quality practices across the organization
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of multi‑system environments and Agile Release Train (ART) coordination
Experience managing integrated environments across multiple platforms (beyond Salesforce alone)
Familiarity with release management tools, scheduling, dependency mapping, and deployment governance
Ability to oversee code updates, configuration changes, and deployment validations across diverse systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and cross‑team coordination skills
