The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts across multiple projects, collaborate with UAT teams and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality automated and manual testing solutions supporting sprint-based delivery cycles.

Responsibilities
Lead testing efforts across multiple Agile projects and coordinate with UAT teams, external stakeholders, and IT teams
Scope, design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test scripts for application and regression testing
Maintain and configure non-production environments; troubleshoot environment-related issues
Partner with DBA teams to manage data refreshes and test data setup across multiple environments
Collaborate closely with business UAT teams and third-party vendors to ensure sprint testing completion and timely signoff
Perform end-to-end testing across business processes and applications
Manage defect escalations with development teams and ensure resolution tracking
Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including system analysis
Debug application issues and support DevOps pipeline integration
Create and monitor test plans for scalability, security, functionality, and usability
Plan and customize testing strategies based on project needs
Implement and execute test cases and capture results accurately
Apply Test-Driven and Behavior-Driven design methodologies
Support Agile/Scrum adaptive development practices
Provide accurate effort estimation and manage timelines effectively
Maintain strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
7-10 Years of experience
Bachelor's degree or higher
Strong experience in functional and automation testing within a fast-paced Agile environment
Lead testing efforts across multiple Agile projects and coordinate with UAT teams, external stakeholders, and IT teams
Scope, design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test scripts for application and regression testing
Maintain and configure non-production environments; troubleshoot environment-related issues

5+ years hands-on experience with QA automation tools: Selenium, SOAPUI / Postman, qTest, Java, TestNG, REST API testing, XML, Web Services
6+ years of functional testing experience
4+ years Oracle database experience, including writing SQL queries
Experience with Unix/Linux and scripting tools
Preferred
Telecom domain knowledge, especially order provisioning and billing
Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
Experience with open-source testing tools
Cloud environment exposure
Experience or interest in AI/ML for test automation
