Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Guidewire integrations and configurations, mentoring onsite/offshore teams
Design, build, and support integrations using Gosu, Integration Framework, APIs, SOAP/REST, XML/JSON, Messaging
Hands-on configuration of Guidewire components (PCF, Wizards, Data Model, Workflow, Product Designer, Forms)
Drive solution design, PoCs, technical documentation, and reusable components
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to architecture decisions
Strong understanding of P&C Insurance (Personal & Commercial Lines) and Agile/Scrum delivery
Collaborate with business, BA, and cross-functional teams to implement complex rules and workflows
Qualification
Required
7–12 years IT experience
5+ years in Guidewire implementations
3+ years in Guidewire integrations
Design, build, and support integrations using Gosu, Integration Framework, APIs, SOAP/REST, XML/JSON, Messaging
Hands-on configuration of Guidewire components (PCF, Wizards, Data Model, Workflow, Product Designer, Forms)
Drive solution design, PoCs, technical documentation, and reusable components
