Responsibilities

You will build the target list from scratch, keep it clean, and move it every week. Not one big list. A living pipeline

You will own:

1. Target list creation and scoring

2. Build the list, enrich it, segment it, keep it current

3. Outreach execution

4. Warm intro follow ups, LinkedIn DMs, and cold email that points to our podcast

5. Content ops that ships

6. Turn my raw thoughts, calls, and recordings into posts, emails, one pagers, and simple landing copy

7. Offer execution

8. Make our “Free Activation Week” easy to say yes to: scheduling, intake, reminders, and follow up

9. Referral partner support

10. Give partners forwardable copy, track intros, track next steps, keep the flywheel moving

11. Tool stack ownership

12. HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Claude, Cowork, Slack, plus whatever new AI tools help us move faster

Required

Ability to work in Ponte Vedra, Florida

Experience in target list creation and scoring

Ability to build, enrich, segment, and keep lists current

Experience in outreach execution

Ability to perform warm intro follow ups, LinkedIn DMs, and cold emails

Experience in content operations that ships

Ability to turn raw thoughts, calls, and recordings into posts, emails, one pagers, and simple landing copy

Experience in offer execution

Ability to manage scheduling, intake, reminders, and follow up for 'Free Activation Week'

Experience in referral partner support

Ability to provide partners with forwardable copy, track intros, and track next steps

Experience in tool stack ownership including HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Claude, Cowork, Slack, and new AI tools

Preferred

a screenshot or quick walkthrough of a HubSpot or Apollo workflow you have used
