Responsibilities
Identify and scope opportunities to develop rhythms/ new program for managing and assessing the operational health of our DCs
Gather program requirements, identify resource needs, create the project plan and targets, and works across teams to align on the plan of record. Drive clarity in complex program issues and strives for simplification
Communicate the portfolio/program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and hold them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes
Demonstrate an understanding of how systems work and impact one another. Work with and leverage other teams to ensure program processes are rigorous and executed efficiently
Evangelize rhythm and programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain buy in. Leverage data and performance metrics (Objectives and Key Results [OKRs]) to demonstrate the value of the program and show business impact
Adapt a communication style and storytelling strategy according to audience and business needs
Define and execute on a landing and communication plan

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
