Responsibilities
Provide operational support for the Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), including user enrollment, course management, and reporting
Upload, organize, maintain, and version digital learning assets, including xAPI packages, videos, PDFs, and assessments
Assist with instructional design activities, content updates, and quality assurance reviews
Generate reports and support data accuracy related to learning activities and user completion
Provide end-user support and troubleshoot course access, enrollment, and navigation issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support learning initiatives and project timelines
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Adobe Learning Manager (ALM)
Ability to provide operational support including user enrollment, course management, and reporting
Skills in uploading, organizing, maintaining, and versioning digital learning assets, including xAPI packages, videos, PDFs, and assessments
Experience with instructional design activities, content updates, and quality assurance reviews
Ability to generate reports and support data accuracy related to learning activities and user completion
