Responsibilities
Manage all project documents as a function of creating cohesive and complete bid packages
Prepare bid packages, RFP and RFQ material on a project basis and portfolio level
Prepare procurement schedules for individual projects
Prepare Scope of Work documents based on available information and collaboration across departments including Project Management, Estimating, Engineering and O&M as needed
Coordinate with Engineering and Estimating to create bid packages and level bids
Track procurement across all projects and measure KPI as a function of timeliness

Responsible for the purchasing of goods and services for the company
Evaluating the needs of project pipeline and ensuring vendor can be leveraged to deliver on time and on budget
Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing vendors, as well as constantly scouting for new vendors
Proven negotiation and networking relationships w/vendors and subcontractors
Manage all project documents as a function of creating cohesive and complete bid packages
