National Account Manager - Target

Responsibilities

Develop and execute account strategies and sales action plans that support long-term, profitable growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including buyers, replenishment teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders
Understand customer strategies, priorities, and challenges, ensuring alignment with internal business objectives
Collaborate with Demand Planning to develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
Partner with Product teams to support line reviews, pricing strategies, assortment decisions, and category growth opportunities
Work closely with Marketing to execute promotional and go-to-market strategies that resonate with consumers and retailers
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify risks and growth opportunities
Manage and influence third-party partners or rep groups to support account execution and incremental growth initiatives
Contribute to customer business plans and category-level recommendations that drive sustainable results

Required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
5-7+ years of experience in account management, corporate sales, or other related sales experience
Prior B2B corporate sales and account management experience is required
Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing account plans and sales strategies
Excellent facilitator with strong presentation and Microsoft proficiency
Strong problem-solving skills, time management and verbal/written communication skills
Ability to build customer focused relationships

Preferred

Bachelor's degree is required, Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
