Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams during analysis and design phases
Gather, analyze, document, track, and manage functional and data requirements with minimal supervision
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through information systems
Plan, organize, and conduct requirements walkthroughs with business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and formal sign-off
Drive issue analysis and resolution across platform and cross-functional teams
Provide technical assistance and mentoring to peers, as applicable
Partner closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, business analysts, and data analysts
Support the project through the entire SDLC, from requirements through execution
Work effectively within a global virtual team, including partners in New York and India, occasionally across multiple time zones
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly self-motivated individual who digs deep to uncover facts rather than relying on assumptions
Assertive professional capable of facilitating requirements discussions with minimal supervision
Strong ability to manage requirements and define platform needs, with a focus on technical usability and system navigation for end users
Strong technical knowledge required, including understanding system behavior, integrations, dependencies, and data
Basic financial services knowledge is sufficient
Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
Able to deliver results on time and under minimal supervision
