Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs (OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance)
Lead safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
Manage near-miss reporting, workers’ compensation cases, and root cause analysis
Deliver safety training (PPE, hazardous materials, emergency response, environmental compliance)
Maintain environmental permits, reporting, and air/water/waste compliance
Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies
Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building security, and janitorial services
Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and facility upgrades
Manage facility project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Lead waste reduction, recycling, and hazardous waste programs
Track sustainability metrics and identify environmental improvement opportunities
Support energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Supervise and develop EHS and facilities team members
Partner with production and leadership teams to support operational goals
Drive a strong safety culture through visibility and engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
3+ years of EHS and/or facilities experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Hands-on, floor-focused mindset with strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to balance compliance, safety, and operational priorities
