Office Services Coordinator
Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the consumer products space to identify an Office Services Coordinator. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations and facilities coordination, ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Support daily office services and facilities operations
Coordinate conference room setups, furniture arrangements, and meeting support
Receive, distribute, and ship incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Serve as the point of contact for maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
Assist with office supply ordering, restocking, and inventory
Create and manage employee security badges and access
Support product logistics, including receiving, organizing, and shipping samples or pallets
Assist with special projects and provide backup support for onsite office functions as needed
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in office services, facilities, operations, warehouse, or customer-facing roles
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Professional, polished demeanor with strong customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
