Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the functional requirements, design, test, and deployment of SAP ABAP reports, SAP BW queries, and/or visualizations in Power BI/Tableau that meet functional and regulatory requirements
Data validation and quality assurance

Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
3–5 years of hands‑on experience designing and maintaining payroll/finance reports in SAP environments (ABAP, SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, etc)
Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures
Familiarity with data-visualization best practices and dashboard design
Ability to translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications and to perform root‑cause analysis of data discrepancies
Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting technical information to non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing backlog items
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification
Experience with robotic process automation or AI‑driven data‑validation tools
Prior experience supporting large‑scale transformation programs
