Entry, Mid LevelThe Judge Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive UAT Specialist to coordinate and execute user acceptance testing across critical systems and processes. This role will partner closely with technology teams to validate API changes and ensure testing outcomes align with regulatory and operational expectations prior to deployment.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities, including test case creation, scenario validation, defect tracking, and sign‑off
Collaborate with technology teams to validate API changes, data integrations, and system dependencies
Ensure end‑to‑end functionality meets business, regulatory, and risk requirements
Document and maintain comprehensive test cases and results
Provide post‑implementation validation to confirm system stability and performance
Partner with stakeholders to ensure testing outcomes align with operational and business objectives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in creating test case documentation and executing user acceptance/regression testing
Strong background in writing user stories and requirements, preferably in Gherkin format, with exposure to acceptance testing automation
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment while managing multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
