Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships
Create and execute a branch-level marketing plan

Supervise loan origination and guide team members to success in their roles
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes
Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and skills to develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition
Solid understanding of Finance principles, including loan structuring and financial regulations
Expertise in Loan Origination and related documentation processes
Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
