Implementation Consultant (Inventory Management Systems)
Symphony Development Group is a consulting firm that specializes in implementing and optimizing inventory management systems for product-based businesses. The Implementation Consultant will lead client onboarding projects, working closely with clients to configure systems that align with their workflows and ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects
Conduct discovery and workflow review sessions with client stakeholders
Configure inventory, purchasing, and sales workflows
Guide clients through data cleanup, imports, and system setup
Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple clients
Support UAT, training, and go-live preparation
Identify workflow gaps, risks, and dependencies and propose solutions
Maintain clear documentation and internal project updates
Qualification
Required
Experience implementing Cin7 Core or comparable inventory management systems
Strong understanding of inventory, purchasing, and order fulfillment workflows
Client-facing experience in onboarding, consulting, or professional services
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
E-commerce and wholesale operations exposure
Accounting system familiarity (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
Experience coordinating integrations or APIs (non-development)
Consulting or implementation background
