Lead the technical strategy and architectural design of our 'agentic' AI ecosystem
Oversee the integration of LLMs and traditional NLU to create seamless guest experiences
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of hands-on architecture experience with Google CCAI and CES
Expertise in Agentic AI Architecture (multi-agent orchestration, tool-use, and memory)
Advanced Prompt Engineering and fine-tuning for high-accuracy guest interactions
Deep understanding of Google Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI
