Responsibilities
Meets with clients to design projects, sell installation projects maintains collections and client relations
Prepares site plans, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape construction projects
Regularly visit construction sites to ensure client’s vision is implemented. Responsible for all client relations prior, during and after the design build process
Generating plans in CAD and generating 3D models
Create submittals for estimating and production
Create and process change orders. Assist with project close-out
Create construction details and dimensioning
Respond to sales inquiries and requests by phone, electronically or in person
Track and analyze sales. Actively pursue new sales opportunities
Research materials and techniques as required
Communicates and collaborates with clients, builders, sub-contractors, vendors, and co-workers promptly and courteously
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in landscape design or landscape architecture
2-3 years Sales Experience required
3-5 years of relevant experience in residential landscape construction and design required
Sketchup: 1 year or other 3D modelling software required
AutoCAD: 3 years required
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
Preferred
Experience with sprinkler and landscape lighting design preferred
Estimating and job costing experience
Horticulture background preferred
