Responsibilities
Completing assessments and treatment plans
Utilizing multiple treatment modalities with children, adolescents, and adults
Providing trauma informed treatment and crisis resolution
Performing professional, real-world, field work
Using electronic medical records systems
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Psychology or Master's degree in progress
Strong communicator - possessing excellent observational, listening, verbal, and writing skills and fluency in English
Knowledgeable – possesses general understanding of the issues facing at-risk youth and their families
Professional – maintains confidentiality and establishes appropriate boundaries
Self-motivated – takes initiative and effectively manages one's own time and work
Collaborative – recognizes the needs of diverse stakeholders and exhibits a positive, team-based approach to treatment and working with clients
Compassionate – patient and empathetic with the ability to relate to diverse populations
Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and data entry
A valid, state-issued driver's license is required
Preferred
Proficient with the majority of Microsoft Office applications and basic database use
Speaks a language(s) in addition to English
History of working with youth and families
Curious and eager to learn
