Automotive Business Development Rep (BDR)
Capital Automotive Group is seeking a high-energy, people-first Business Development Center Sales Representative to join their growing team. The role focuses on building relationships, managing leads, and providing an excellent customer experience from the first interaction.

Responsibilities
Responding quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online inquiries
Managing and prioritizing leads to ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up
Connecting with customers to understand their needs and help guide their buying journey
Sharing information about vehicles, services, and current promotions
Highlighting features, benefits, and value in a clear, engaging way
Collaborating with the BDC team, sales staff, and other departments to drive results
Keeping accurate, up-to-date notes in our CRM system
Staying informed on market trends, inventory, and competitor offerings
Jumping in on other duties as needed—we’re one team here
Qualification
Required
Sales or customer service experience (automotive or BDC experience is a plus!)
Strong communication skills and natural sales instincts
Comfort with phone, text, and virtual sales conversations
Experience using CRM systems and sales-related tools
A team player who's motivated by goals and excited to exceed them
Adaptability in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment
Willingness to pass pre-employment background screenings
