Required

Strong Sales and Business Development skills to identify and secure new opportunities and drive revenue growth
Ideal candidate has prior experience selling IT solutions to the health care industry
Ideal candidate has experience in the cardiovascular subject matter area and/or hospital quality operations
Experience in Sales Operations and efficient management of sales processes to meet organizational goals
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Team Management experience with a proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Knowledge of healthcare, cardiovascular services, and analytics is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
