Talent Development & Acquisition Specialist

They are seeking a Talent Development & Acquisition Specialist to design and implement recruiting strategies, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and develop training programs to enhance employee development.

Responsibilities
Design and implement local recruiting strategies aligned with corporate goals
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions
Source candidates using various methods (databases, social media, job boards)
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Ensure compliance with employment laws and data handling regulations
Promote Swiss Krono as an employer of choice and maintain a strong candidate experience
Track and report recruiting KPIs and trends
Utilize HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) to manage candidate pipelines
Develop and manage training programs and materials
Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) and schedule leadership development sessions
Implement mentorship, internship, Co-Op, and apprenticeship programs
Track training metrics and maintain skills assessments
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or learning and development
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Passion for continuous learning and employee development
Proficiency in recruiting tools, LMS, and HRIS platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred
Familiarity with e-learning platforms, project management, and budgeting
SPHR or PHR certification is a plus
