Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
Work closely with stakeholders across the firm, including investment teams, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and others
Lead project working groups and guide decision-making by developing deep domain knowledge across the firm’s activities
Identify and implement opportunities to improve how the firm plans and executes complex initiatives, including scalable processes, tools, and best practices

Required

At least 6 years of experience in comparable, cross-functional positions
Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from ambiguity to execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable recommendations and updates for senior management
A proactive, problem solving mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate risks and downstream implications

Preferred

Knowledge of and experience with finance and asset management
