Vehicle Remarketing Specialist
Copart is a leading vehicle remarketing company, and they are seeking a Vehicle Remarketing Specialist to join their team. The role involves acting as a key contact for UK customers and stakeholders to ensure vehicles are valued, marketed, and sold effectively.

Responsibilities
Liaising with customers and representatives on ABI categories, vehicle values, and sale expectations
Accurately marketing vehicles on our online auction platform (descriptions, imagery, ABI categorisation)
Carrying out virtual vehicle valuations with precision and strong IT capability
Negotiating with buyers and sellers to maximise asset value
Agreeing prices and setting appropriate reserve levels
Managing workload and queries efficiently to meet SLAs
Supporting team performance through collaboration and a professional, positive attitude
Assisting with additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Understanding of the ABI Code of Practice
Background in insurance, body shop/engineering, vehicle remarketing, or salvage (any of these)
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and vehicle values
Analytical mindset with good Excel and cost management skills
Strong problem-solving ability
High level of IT literacy
Customer-focused approach
Marketing awareness
Proactive learner and strong team player
Previous administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage workload effectively
Preferred
Experience in the motor trade or insurance industry
Basic financial understanding
