Responsibilities

Prepare invoices for ISSF users and perform collection and recording of ISSF Service Center revenue through journal entries and maintain comprehensive accounting records in accordance with school policy
Assist grants managers with constructing grant budgets, preparing monthly financial analysis reports, for faculty portfolios, entering budget journals, and running wayward reports
Conduct monthly budget reviews for unrestricted strategic/PSOM funds and provide detailed account reporting for faculty and management as needed
Ensure completion of required certifications/training and maintain compliance with all federal, university, and school guidelines
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
