Drive strategic category management and innovation ensuring alignment with local and global company objectives
Lead supplier relationships and risk management
Deliver procurement targets through data-driven decisions
Foster stakeholder partnerships across functions
Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights
Drives ad-hoc cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Procurement experience – minimum of 5 years in a strategic sourcing role, preferably in a CPG global company
Strategic and innovative mindset
Strong analytical and financial capabilities
Business, finance and supplier contracts acumen
Outstanding negotiation skills
Business-level English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
University degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement
Experience working with marketing and sales departments is considered an asset
Ability to work under limited supervision, exercise independent judgment and consistently meet deadlines
