Client Operations Coordinator
BRIGADE is an independent, award-winning branding and design agency with 20 years of experience helping national food, beverage, and wellness brands boost memorability and market share. They are seeking a full-time Client Operations Coordinator to help keep operations and client service running smoothly for an exciting QSR client, focusing on organization and project management.

Responsibilities
Integrate seamlessly into day-to-day operations to strengthen the account and team by improving communication and ensuring smooth workflow between clients, account management, and creative teams
Help traffic paid media and other deliverables, keeping projects on schedule and ensuring deadlines are met
Maintain and update status sheets, providing clear visibility into project progress, priorities, and next steps for all stakeholders
Support resource planning and resourcing meetings, helping identify availability, align workloads, and flag potential bottlenecks
Lead weekly project-status and resourcing discussions to review upcoming assignments, resolve obstacles, and ensure priorities are aligned with client needs
Monitor and follow up on timesheets and internal documentation to safeguard accuracy, accountability, and billable time
Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements, refine internal workflows, and support training initiatives to enhance team efficiency
Serve as a proactive, detail-oriented communicator—both written and verbal—bridging account management, creative, and production teams
Ensure all work aligns with client goals and BRIGADE’s standards for creative excellence and operational rigor
Qualification
Required
BA/BS from an accredited school or equivalent experience
Highly analytical, process-minded, and detail-oriented — a stickler for accuracy and consistency
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong initiative, accountability, and follow-through
Ability to prioritize quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Financially savvy and capable of supporting budgeting and resourcing decisions
Desire to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team
Experience with Google Suite or equivalent
Willingness to travel occasionally to support client and agency needs
