Vice President Agency Services
The Pedowitz Group is a full-service B2B agency seeking an experienced Vice President of Agency Creative Services to scale and modernize their operations. This role involves leading a team of senior designers and account directors, managing financial performance, and driving external agency sales while ensuring strategic alignment with client outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage, develop and oversee all Agency Services team members across Creative and Account disciplines
Balance workloads and optimize resources, including freelancers
Monitor financial performance, trends, intervene early on risks, and maintain alignment to KPIs
Serve as the senior face of the agency to internal leadership
Build trust across teams and executive stakeholders
Own marketing responsibilities for TPG overall
Improve processes and workflows, potentially through AI and workplace management tools (such as Asana, Workamajig, etc.), to reduce operational drag and improve speed and efficiency across strategy and delivery
Evolve pricing models and engagement structures to increase visibility into utilization, profitability, and delivery performance
Lead adoption in a way that supports teams and strengthens client outcomes, not just for the sake of change or technology
Own and grow net-new B2B agency revenue, building and managing an external sales pipeline from prospecting through close
Lead pitches, define scopes, and negotiate pricing for strategy-led, long-cycle engagements
Translate agency capabilities into compelling, market-ready offerings for B2B buyers
Help Account Directors to shift client engagements from execution-focused requests to strategy-led engagements that drive measurable impact
Partner with strategists and Account Directors to ensure client content and campaigns are grounded in audience insight and business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership experience in a B2B agency or professional services environment (10+ years), with tenure in financial services and technology industries a plus
Proven success selling B2B agency services, from lead generation through closing new business
Strong operational and financial judgment, including pricing and margin management
Experience modernizing processes and implementing new tools or platforms
Leadership style that supports autonomy while driving accountability
Comfort working with senior leadership and representing agency interests
