Responsibilities
Oversee and audit benefit data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and updating information as necessary
Provide essential backup support for payroll processes, including Retro deductions and Leave of Absence (LOA) administration
Assist with the administration of Qualified Life Events (QLE) and new hire changes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
Complete compliance forms such as QMSCOs and Medicare Requests for Employment Information
Support the Benefits Support team in administering FSA/HSA and 401k plans
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Workday, particularly in Benefits modules, and experienced with Zendesk ticketing systems
Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including vlookups and pivot tables, for effective data analysis
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service and interpersonal interactions
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive data
1-2 years of experience in Benefits Administration or a related HR field
