Responsibilities
Work closely with Agile teams to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain end‑to‑end technical solutions using modern full‑stack technologies
Stay engaged with emerging technologies, explore new tools, contribute to internal and external tech communities, and support the growth of other engineers through mentorship
Partner with digital product teams to deliver scalable, cloud‑based solutions that enhance user experiences and support customers on their financial journeys
Utilize a wide range of programming languages and tools—including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Python, Go, relational and NoSQL databases, container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in software development (excluding internships)
Preferred
5+ years of experience working with one or more of the following languages: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
1+ year of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
3+ years leveraging open‑source frameworks
2+ years working within Agile development environments
