This entry-level role focuses on developing strong communication and sales skills while delivering exceptional in-person customer experiences.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Engage customers through face-to-face sales conversations in a retail setting
Represent client promotions, services, and products with professionalism and confidence
Assist with the setup and execution of retail sales events and promotional campaigns
Communicate key messaging, offers, and brand information clearly to customers
Support event logistics for retail promotions, trade shows, and in-store campaigns
Track customer interactions and provide feedback to improve campaign performance
Collaborate with leadership and team members to meet daily sales and customer service goals
Maintain consistent branding and messaging during all customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a retail, face-to-face sales environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Coachable and eager to learn new skills
Preferred
Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
