Responsibilities
Review client job descriptions to successfully understand the needs of the hiring managers
Identify top-performing candidates through creative, professional, and ethical recruiting methods for open technical and professional positions
Interview candidates via phone, in-person, and/or video conference to assess their qualifications
Follow up with candidates to maintain and improve relationships and build credibility
Present candidate to hiring manager through professionally written correspondence
Maintain client/candidate database
Qualification
Required
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Products and MS Outlook (or similar email application)
Ability to build strong relationships
Self-Starter/Proactive
Strong written verbal business communication skills
Ability to learn a broad range of technical skills
Previous outside sales, inside sales, or customer service experience is a must
Bachelor Degree in business or related field
Preferred
Previous 3rd party recruiting experience or outside sales experience is preferred
