Responsibilities
Develop test requirements and execute hardware verification and validation plans
Perform board-level functional testing, EMC validation, and certification compliance testing (UL, ATEX, IECEx)
Support Functional Safety compliance (IEC 61508)
Program, analyze, and troubleshoot electronic hardware prototypes
Contribute to product design documentation and test reports
Design and develop scripts to automate test procedures
Document and execute manual and automated test procedures to verify product functionality
Generate detailed test reports
Assist with laboratory audits and improvement initiatives
Support the build and commissioning of test firmware and hardware platforms
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
Basic programming experience in C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or LabVIEW
Fundamental understanding of circuit theory, including microprocessors, digital logic, analog systems, DC power conversion, and programmable devices (CPLDs, FPGAs)
Exposure to power electronics or motor systems
Experience with design capture tools and schematic interpretation
Familiarity with tools such as CAD, Creo Parametric, ERP systems, 3D modeling software, SAP, and MATLAB
Experience in industrial automation environments, including PLC or drive programming
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
