Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize scalable systems and data integration workflows
Lead technical project execution, including task planning and code reviews
Implement and enhance Talend components across Data Integration, TAC, Data Quality, APIs, and Big Data modules
Build and maintain REST APIs, data models, and warehouse architectures
Drive CI/CD, DevOps practices, and secure coding standards
Troubleshoot and support production systems, ensuring performance and reliability
Collaborate with engineering and leadership on architecture, standards, and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT experience
5+ years with Talend Data Integration
3+ years with Talend TAC, Data Quality, API Designer/Services, Big Data frameworks, and performance tuning
2–3+ years with Azure or AWS
Strong experience in data modeling, schema design, and data warehouse architecture
Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, REST, Unix/Linux, and GitLab
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps workflows
Preferred
Exposure to Big Data cloud technologies
Experience in Finance/Banking
Ability to lead and mentor in a cross‑functional engineering environment
