Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities using cold calling, site visits, and targeted email campaigns
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize your territory’s potential
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat sales
Provide frontline feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities to inform company strategy
Work closely with internal teams to support product trials, deliver training, and align on business objectives
Conduct regular overnight travel to engage with clients and pursue sales opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
3+ years of outside sales experience
Proven ability to close large sales contracts
Experience on a sales team helping to achieve ambitious targets in a startup or growth-stage company
Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Strategic and innovative problem-solving abilities
Fundamental project management skills
Preferred
Experience with capital purchases in large organizations or selling to healthcare leadership
Business to business device sales experience
