Responsibilities

Designs and implements short-term incentive compensation programs
Owns all incentive design for the Primary Care Organization including creation of at risk pay programs for clinicians, advanced practice providers, clinic-based associates, and leadership
Includes business consultation on plan effectiveness, budgeting, modeling, governance, and feasibility
Responsible for incentive plan education and roll-out as well as quarterly performance summaries for all levels of leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree
3 or more years of technical experience using Excel or SPM to calculate incentives
1 or more years of clinical incentive design experience
Demonstrates outstanding executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred

Experience with Varicent SPM platform
Physician Compensation experience
Value-based care
