Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality tax services to private clients
Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including estate planning, wealth transfer, and charitable giving
Develop and implement tax strategies tailored to individual client needs
Review and oversee tax compliance, including preparation and review of individual, trust, and estate tax returns
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
Keep abreast of tax laws and industry trends to provide proactive guidance to clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or JD/LLM preferred
Must currently be working in a CPA Firm
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws related to individuals, trusts, and estates
Proven leadership and managerial skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
CPA or JD/LLM preferred
