They are seeking to hire a Strategic Accounts Director responsible for building key relationships, developing sales strategies, and managing key accounts to penetrate specific markets within physician offices and hospitals.

Responsibilities
Meet/exceed sales goals
Develop strategies to penetrate specific accounts/markets expanding adoption and utilization of the company’s products/solutions
Collaborate with IDN teams to coordinate amendments, additions and/or requests to contracts
Identify opportunities to advance partnerships with IDN teams and sales leaders
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across targeted accounts
Lead business reviews; assess performance, opportunities, and strategic alignment
Maintain knowledge of market trends, contract requirements and the political landscape of healthcare
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Min. 5+ years of Strategic Account Management experience within the medical device industry
Experience selling to hospitals, clinics and/or physician offices
Existing relationships/contacts within the territory
Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
Ability and success in negotiating contracts
Ability to navigate, develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers, C-Suite
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to travel up to 70%
