Responsibilities
Design, execute, and analyze experiments using molecular and cellular biology techniques
Measure target engagement, pathway modulation, and cell response to compounds
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (biology, chemistry, translational, clinical) to advance drug programs
Document and interpret experimental data; maintain lab notebooks and databases
Stay current with relevant scientific literature
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in Biological Sciences with at least 5 years of related experience
Proficient in molecular and cellular biology techniques, including cell culture, PCR, immunoblotting, ELISA, flow cytometry, and RNA expression profiling
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects
Preferred
Knowledge of oncology and/or immunology is desirable
Industry experience and understanding of drug development is a plus
