Senior LevelVidorra Consulting Group is seeking an SAP Cutover Manager to oversee the transition from legacy systems to new SAP solutions. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing all activities necessary for a successful Go-Live while minimizing business disruptions during critical program increments.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive Detailed Cutover Plan outlining timelines, responsibilities, and technical dependencies
Lead Dress Rehearsals and Mock Cutover Cycles to validate the transition process and system readiness
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Data Migration, Change Management, and Release Management
Select and implement suitable Cutover Execution Tools for seamless transitions
Perform Readiness Assessments and proactively address cross-functional issues or technical impediments
Communicate real-time Cutover Status, risks, and resolutions to executive stakeholders
Manage Post-Cutover Tasks, including System Validation, user support, and the transition to the Stabilization phase
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise as a Cutover Leader for global enterprise projects
Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP Systems and Cutover Processes
Expertise in Technical Cutover Execution and Business Cutover Coordination
Advanced Project Management skills with a focus on high-pressure deployment environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAP Certified Associate certifications
Experience with Automated Cutover Tools
Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks for release management
