Responsibilities

Answering multi-line phones, sending calls to field staff, greeting guests to our corporate office, sorting mail, maintaining incoming faxes, chart audits, ordering office supplies, data entry and use of computer software

Required

High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred but not required
Minimum of 3 years administrative assistant experience
Strong customer service, computer skills, ability to work as a part of a team, flexible and adaptable to change
Answering multi-line phones, sending calls to field staff, greeting guests to our corporate office, sorting mail, maintaining incoming faxes, chart audits, ordering office supplies, data entry and use of computer software
The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-changing environment, ability to work efficiently, and strong time management skills
Must have excellent phone and organizational skills
Patience and be able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
