Responsibilities
Update and maintain product pricing in internal databases
Update pricing and product information on the company website
Accurately enter purchase orders and related documentation
Ensure pricing and product data consistency across systems
Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook on a daily basis
Support product and operations teams with administrative tasks
Identify, report, and help resolve discrepancies in pricing or product information
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Comfortable working with databases and internal systems
Ability to manage repetitive, detail-focused tasks reliably
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with office staff and external vendors
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred
Experience working with product data, pricing, or purchase orders
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
