Responsibilities
Level 2 support across hardware, software, networking, and user issues
Troubleshooting switches, devices, and peripherals
Support domain control, network architecture fundamentals, and basic networking tasks
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, Office apps)
Support core business systems including ERP and accounting platforms
Assist with budgeting by identifying cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with Managed Services Partners to ensure clean governance and system stability
Provide excellent communication and documentation for end users and leadership
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of IT support experience (preferably including level 2 support)
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
Experience managing a Microsoft environment
Ability to work across multiple business systems and learn new platforms quickly
Strong Excel and communication skills
Familiarity with basic AI tools
Ability to think strategically and recommend process improvements
Preferred
Experience with custom application development would be a plus
