Responsibilities
Support the development of project schedules and budgets
Work with vendors to gather pricing and ensure timely follow-up
Perform estimates, takeoffs, and manage project documentation
Track construction materials, equipment, and project progress
Attend project meetings, record notes, and keep teams aligned
Perform additional assignments per the Project Manager's or the Superintendent's direction
Assist in gathering and distributing closeout documents for project completion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Basic understanding of construction techniques, drawings, and materials
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to learn and use project management software like Procore and Microsoft Project
