Sr HR Business Partner
Valley Health is a leading healthcare provider, and they are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a key leadership interface between Corporate Human Resources and assigned clients. The role involves promoting HR process standardization, collaborating with operations leadership, and providing feedback opportunities for staff-level employees.

Promote HR process standardization and process improvement based on feedback from clients
Collaborate with operations leadership to improve leadership capabilities, workforce performance, and overall engagement
Provide opportunities for staff-level employees to provide feedback through open forums and one-on-one meetings
Work independently without direct supervision, conferring with the VHS Director, HR Business Partnerships in unusual and or high level situations
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Human Resources or related field required
Four or more years' related work experience with computer technology in a multi-platform environment
Experience working with Tableau, database management tools, statistical reporting software, or decision support systems required
Requires ability to review multiple data sources and prepare and present concise analysis
Preferred
PHR or SPHR strongly desirable
