Strong knowledge/ experience with Datadog, Splunk , UI/ frontend environment
Has strong analytics skills to perform Data Analysis
Strong experience with observability tools in planning and implementation
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and production support best practices
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Working knowledge of AEM, Angular, and React JS based applications
