Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated embedded software
Work with cross‑functional engineering teams to define technical requirements and system specs
Guide junior engineers through code reviews, mentorship, and best practices
Support development, integration, and verification of aircraft state monitoring and systems applications on modern avionics platforms
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional experience in software or embedded system development
Strong coding proficiency in C++, Java, and Python
Hands‑on experience with development tools, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
U.S. work authorization meeting export compliance requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience in software architecture and embedded C++
Knowledge of aircraft sensors (GPS, AHRS, air data) or aircraft system integration (flaps, gear, cabin pressure, FADEC)
Familiarity with ARINC 661 graphics development (SCADE preferred)
Understanding of aviation software standards (e.g., DO‑178C)
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, innovative engineering environments
