Responsibilities
Design and build user-friendly reports, dashboards, and decision-support tools to maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction
Perform statistical analyses, including descriptive, diagnostic, exploratory, correlation, regression, and forecasting
Partner with business units during each rotation to identify automation opportunities and deliver process improvements
Summarize key outcomes from each rotation, including business knowledge gained, automation delivered, and modernization achieved
Support the growth of Advanced Analytics and contribute to strengthening the organization’s analytic culture and literacy
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to apply fundamental concepts in Advanced Analytics, Predictive Modeling, and Data Science to enable fact-based decision making
Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, or SPSS)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
Fundamental understanding of statistical concepts and methods, with an aptitude for continual learning
Ability to execute multiple projects concurrently using a defined and repeatable process
Exhibits curiosity and initiative to learn about all functional areas and help drive analytics adoption
