Responsibilities
Build and enhance accounting, reporting, and operational processes across a multi-entity structure
Support daily trading operations, reconciliations, and broker/custody coordination
Prepare monthly forecasts, expense plans, and performance-driven financial analyses
Update systems with actuals, budgets, and projections with precision and timeliness
Analyze variances and deliver clear, actionable commentary to leadership
Manage vendor communication and ensure accurate, on-time processing
Uphold compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and financial policies
Contribute to CFO-driven strategic and special projects with analytical rigor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within trading, hedge fund, or investment management environments
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with financial systems
Career‑focused, detail‑driven, and energized by building structure in a growing environment
Preferred
CPA or CPA‑track strongly preferred
