8+ years expNAVA Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure to design, implement, and lead end-to-end cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural leadership, solution blueprinting, and collaboration across various teams to create scalable and secure Azure-based applications.

Responsibilities
Design high-level and low-level architecture for cloud-native and hybrid enterprise applications
Develop scalable systems using Azure PaaS services, microservices, APIs, and serverless components
Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps
Provide technical leadership in modernization of monolithic systems to microservices and event-driven architectures
Review solution designs, code quality, and architectural compliance
Set non-functional requirements (NFRs): security, scalability, performance, reliability, observability
Conduct architecture reviews and produce solution design documentation
Partner with product owners, business analysts, development managers, and DevOps teams
Provide guidance to developers and junior architects
Assist in RFP responses, technical estimations, and client proposal presentations
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in application development and architecture
Strong understanding of Azure cloud-native patterns and enterprise integration patterns
Proficiency in .NET Core / Java / Node.js for backend and RESTful API design
Hands-on with microservices, containers, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS)
Experience with cloud CI/CD pipelines, IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and release automation
Strong understanding of security best practices, networking, and identity management in Azure
Excellent communication and client interaction abilities
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
Ability to mentor and influence cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments
Preferred
Azure certifications such as: AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate, AZ-400: DevOps Engineer Expert
Experience with event streaming (Event Hub, Kafka)
Experience in enterprise domains like BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom
Knowledge of TOGAF or similar EA frameworks
