Responsibilities
Lead, scale, and optimize the full revenue marketing engine
Own integrated demand generation, ABM, performance marketing, campaigns, and growth operations
Develop and execute data-driven strategies that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and drive measurable revenue outcomes
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of B2B marketing experience; 3–5+ years in leadership roles within SaaS or AI technology companies
Proven track record delivering qualified pipeline and revenue through integrated demand gen and ABM
Deep understanding of the entire revenue funnel—from awareness through opportunity close
Strong experience with MarTech and SalesTech systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, etc.)
Analytical, data-driven mindset with a strong bias toward action and iteration
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional alignment skills
Preferred
Experience leading SDR or inbound pipeline teams is a plus
